Personal and Small Group Training

Metro Fitness offers Private and Small Group Training options at each of our gyms. Sessions are offered from 30 min to 1 hour and vary by gym and trainer. Contact your home gym for more information.

•FREE Personal Training Orientation

Metro Fitness offers FREE Personal Training Orientations (PTO’s) by reservation at select locations. This will provide members and guests the opportunity to talk with Certified Personal Trainers and become familiar with the gym and its equipment.

The PTO includes these services:

* A complete tour of the facility.
* Group training session with Certified Personal Trainer.
* Demonstration on our cardiovascular equipment, including treadmills, elliptical cross-trainers, recumbent bicycles and stair steppers.
* A basic overview of strength training fundamentals and demonstration of our resistance and selectorized equipment.

A PTO is an excellent way to start your personal fitness program at Metro Fitness. We look forward to meeting you at your Orientation. Make reservations at the front desk, or call your Metro Fitness facility to schedule your PTO, or to check availability.
