FREE 1 DAY MEMBERSHIP Not to be combined with any other offer. Must be 18 years or older to redeem. Under 18 must be accompanied by Parent or Guardian. 1 Day pass may only be used one time per person. Offer valid for one 1 Day Membership at any Metro Fitness of Ohio location. Pass must be validated at time of first visit. Valid for local residents only. Proof of residency and valid ID required at time of redemption. Certain date exceptions may apply.
