    Jason Clevelle

Jason joined the Metro Fitness team in July 2011. He’s a career fitness and recreation professional with more than a decade of experience in both the public and private arenas. Originally from Dayton, he was a self-described average athlete who always enjoyed competing and still does today. After high school, he spent a few years serving in the United States Army as a Medical Specialist before continuing his education at Ohio University, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management. He’s earned and maintained several industry-standard professional certifications, including the National Exercise Trainers Association certification in personal training. In his spare time he’s an avid sports fan who enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and getting in the occasional round of very bad golf. Be sure to stop by and introduce yourself if you get the chance, and don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions about YOUR Metro Fitness experience!

    Bob Trautner

    Certified Personal Trainer

Education and certification: Bachelor of Science in fitness & sports performance (The Ohio State University), AFI Personal Training Certificate.

Training Experience: Athletics all my life, 11+ years as a Personal Trainer with Metro Fitness, 8+ years as Lead Trainer at Metro Fitness.

Specialization: I specialize in Weight Loss, Fitness and Sports Performance.

Philosophies: My philosophies surround a four pronged attack on body composition change and maintenance (lean muscle mass verses fat mass). The four parts consist of strength/resistance training, aerobics/cardio, nutrition and rest. Each prong has its importance and without maximizing all four, I feel my client’s results will never be truly maximized.

I graduated from Capital University in 2010 with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Health. I first started personal training my junior year of college. I worked with staff members through the CapFit program. After college I was a private contractor for 2 strength and conditioning companies that trained middle school and high school athletes. I’ve also worked the Elite Football Combine in Columbus for the past 2 years. In the fall of 2010 I was a Strength and Conditioning intern with The Ohio State University Olympic Sports teams. Currently I coach middle school track for Grandview Heights and the new Fitness Manager here at Metro Fitness North. My certifications include American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist and Adult CPR and AED. Fitness is a huge part of my life. I have my own success story and many more from other clients. Now I want to help you create your own.
