    Located in Worthington, Metro Fitness Worthington, is where it all began in October 1986. This gym offered 6,000 sq. ft. and was dedicated by Arnold Schwarzenegger at the grand opening. In 1988, it expanded to 12,000 square feet. A new facility was subsequently built and now offers 18,000 square ft. of the best weight and cardiovascular equipment in the area.

    Open 24 HOURS during the week starting Monday @5AM through Friday evening at 10PM.  Saturday 6AM to 6PM. Sunday 10Am to 6PM.

    Worthington has the largest selection of free weights, 2 cardio rooms, free fitness classes, childwatch, 4 tanning beds, pro shop, Silver Sneakers, personal training.

    Directions: from 270 and 23 – turn onto Campus View Blvd. heading East 1.98 mi. This turns into Worthington Woods Blvd. Metro Fitness is on the right side just pass Worthington-Galena Rd.
